Following the successful completion of his degree and internship in 2014, he gained valuable clinical exposure at Guru Tegh Bahadur Hospital, New Delhi. His passion for internal medicine led him to pursue an MD in Medicine from the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC), Delhi, where he further honed his diagnostic and patient-care skills. His training years included important roles as a resident doctor at IHBAS (Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences) and AIIMS Delhi, two of India’s most reputed institutions.
During his time at AIIMS, Dr. Tiwari interacted with leading German physicians, an encounter that became the turning point of his career. Inspired by the opportunities for specialization and advanced research in Europe, he moved to Germany to pursue super-specialization in Neurology and Neoinnervation. His academic rigor and professional commitment earned him recognition in Germany, and today he serves as a practicing Neurologist at Agaplesion Bathildis Krankenhaus, Bad Pyrmont, a renowned hospital known for its excellence in neurological care and interdisciplinary treatment approaches. His association with one of Germany’s trusted healthcare institutions is a testament to his professional standing and global competence. 
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Tiwari has emerged as a guide and mentor for aspiring healthcare professionals from India and other countries who wish to follow a similar path.
